How far in advance should I book my experience?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance during the low season and 1-2 months during peak season (May-September) to ensure availability, especially for our most popular experiences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your experience date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the experience date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 30-14 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Can you arrange transportation from my hotel?

Yes, we offer convenient pickup and drop-off services from most hotels along the Amalfi Coast for our tours and experiences. This can be arranged during the booking process.
